Information we collect
We collect the information you submit through the operational assessment request form, including name, company, email address, phone number, website, industry, revenue and employee ranges, systems in use, and the process details you describe. We also collect standard analytics data such as pages viewed, referring source, and approximate location.
How we use it
Submitted information is used to evaluate fit, prepare your assessment, and communicate with you about the engagement. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a marketing list without your consent.
Service providers
Form submissions and analytics may be processed by third-party providers acting on our behalf, including our automation platform, CRM, email provider, and analytics provider. Each is bound by its own agreement to process data only as instructed.
Client data during engagements
Data accessed during an implementation is governed by the engagement agreement, not by this policy. Credentials and system ownership remain with the client. Access is limited to what a workflow requires and is revoked at the end of the engagement.
Retention and your rights
We retain assessment submissions for as long as needed for the business relationship and applicable record-keeping. You may request access, correction, or deletion of your information at any time.
